The purpose of this internship is to train candidates through real HR tasks, evaluate their consistency and performance, and identify serious candidates who may be considered for future remote opportunities with Dafi Labs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and formatting job descriptions
Support job posting activities on different platforms
Review candidate profiles and applications
Shortlist candidates based on basic screening criteria
Prepare screening questions for internship and job roles
Communicate with candidates professionally
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
Maintain candidate records and basic recruitment sheets
Support onboarding documentation and candidate tracking
Use AI tools to improve HR writing, screening, and productivity
Complete weekly assignments and submit work on time
Communicate professionally through the EmpRadar messaging channel
