DaFi Labs is a software development company working on AI and blockchain-based solutions. We’re growing our client base and need a Business Development Executive who knows how to find the right opportunities and turn them into long-term clients.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll identify and reach out to potential clients through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
You’ll actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and connect with decision-makers.
You’ll handle proposals, client conversations, and follow-ups.
You’ll understand client requirements and position our services accordingly.
You’ll manage your pipeline and focus on closing deals, not just conversations.

What we’re looking for

You should have solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT services.
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding is important.
You should be comfortable using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for outreach.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
You should be self-driven and focused on results.
